About Our Service:

DISPATCH

We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 48 hours from Sydney from when the order is placed unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.

DELIVERY

We offer two different methods for delivery. Please see below for details.

Standard Parcel Post

We aim to dispatch standard parcel post orders within 48 hours. The estimated delivery times are:

  • NSW, ACT: 2 - 4 working days.
  • QLD, VIC, SA: 5 - 6 working days.
  • All of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States: 7 - 10 working days.

Express Post

Express orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. The estimated delivery times are:

  • NSW, ACT: 1-2 working days.
  • QLD, VIC, SA: 2-3 working days.
  • All of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States: 5-6 working days

For orders placed over a weekend, they will be sent out over the following business days (Monday-Friday).

TRACKING

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order. Please contact enquiries@healthycare.com.au and our Customer Care team will assist you with your enquiry. 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Please advise us within 48 hours if a product is incorrect or damaged.  Customer service is very important to us and we will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible. You can contact us by emailing enquiries@healthycare.com.au

Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, please be patient as we want to rectify the issues with your order as accurately as possible. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept liability for any items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
