Hi there, this is a great email! I think it’s just part of the information I needed;)
I have your Cod Liver oil capsules, but I dont take the full dose I gently prick a little hole in the end and pour out as many drops as I need, probably not quite enough 10/12 drops I have tried to work out a dose that is suitable so I get enough Vit D but not too much Vit A I have had Bloods done & my Vit A is fine but D is very low but doing what I am doing is slowly getting me past what the Labs show as N (normal) which is great.
What I would like to know please with the half ? leftover oil in the capsule, can I keep that until the next day if put it in a container with a lid or cover it with film? I have been throwing it away, I dont like wasting it.
I cannot take the Vit D that the doctors prescribe if gives me nausea upset stomach just makes me feel awful. It took me a while to find a product that could work for me. I hope this keeps going upward a bit more past normal but not too high.
Back to my original statement, I have been concerned that I am not taking Vit K that the oil is not going into my bones as required, I have very low bone density & blocked arteries which I dont want to make worse. You mention eating the egg! that is great but other than eggs & green is there anything else that aids the oil getting to my bones. I have been taking it in a smoothie around lunch time with Kale Beetroot powder LSA blueberries & half a banana but would really like to take it in the morning with breakfast. I spend hours having to find natural options I have as my doctor told me a ‘sensitive metabolism’ I dont do drugs too many awful side effects worse than the problem I am trying to fix.
