Magnesium (from heavy magnesium oxide 455mg) 263.4mg
Magnesium from magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 145mg) 30mg

Manganese (from manganese glycinate 40mg) 4mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 30mg
equiv. to pyridoxine 24.68mg

Adults and children: Take 1 capsule a day with a meal or as professionally prescribed.
