Healthy Care Zinc Complete 1-A-Day is a daily supplement containing zinc, vitamins, and minerals in a convenient one-a-day capsule format.

Directions for Use

• Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  – Equivalent to Zinc 30 mg
• Sodium Ascorbate 56.6 mg
  – Equivalent to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg

  – Equivalent to Vitamin A (RE) 500 micrograms
• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 10 micrograms

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
