Healthy Care Vitamin B6 200mg helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension, help support haemoglobin synthesis and supports healthy red blood cells.

Each tablet contains:
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 243.2mg
- equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 200mg

Adults: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

This product contains Pyridoxine which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.
