Healthy Care follow-on formula Step 2 has been specially formulated with high quality ingredients, and has been enriched with a unique blend of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals, providing a nutritionally complete diet for infants aged from 6 to 12 months old.

 

Ingredients:

Skim milk, Demineralised Whey Powder, Vegetable Oil, Whey Protein Concentrate, Lactose, Galacto-oligosaccharide (GOS), Arachidonic acid (ARA), Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Inositol, Taurine, L-Carnitine, Choline chloride, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin).

Minerals: Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Di- Potassium Phosphate, Calcium Hydrogen Orthophosphate, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Ferrous Sulphate, Tri-Potassium Citrate, Tri-Sodium Citrate, Zinc Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite.

Vitamins: Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin A Acetate, Cholecalciferol, Niacinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Phytonadione, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate sodium, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Cyanocobalamin, Folic Acid, D-Biotin.


1* scoop=8.8g of powder. NOTE: 1 scoop of powder added to 60ml of water yields approximately 60ml of formula.  This feeding guide is general guide ONLY; your baby may need more or less than shown. For all brands of formula, it is safer to use immediately after they are prepared.  Discard unfinished feeds. Easy to mix powder (scoop enclosed). Healthy Care follow-on formula powder mixes easily in lukewarm water (20°C~30°C).  It has a delicious taste that infants love. It can be used on it’s own or mixed with other foods for infant over 6 month old. It should not be used for infants aged under the age of 6 months. It is recommended that infants form the age of 6 months should be offered foods in addition to the infant formula.

 

PREPARATION

Prepare each bottle separately. Follow on milk should be consumed within one hour of preparation. Any Milk left over post-feed should be discarded.

  1. Wash hands before preparing the feed. Sterilise all utensils by boiling or using an approved steriliser.

  2. Boil safe drinking water & allow to cool.

  3. Measure the required volume of cooled, boiled water into a sterilised feeding bottle. Warm to feeding temperature.

  4. Use only the enclosed scoop.  Fill the scoop lightly & level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting powder. 
  1. Always add one level scoop of powder for each 60ml of water. Cap the bottle & shake briskly to dissolve the powder.

  2. Test temperature on wrist before feeding.  Feed immediately. Discard unfinished feeds.

Breast Milk is best for babies. Before you decide to use Healthy Care Follow-on Formula, consult your doctor or health worker for advice.
