Healthy Care Fish Oil + Lecithin mini capsules is specially formulated to provide
concentrated dose of fish omega-3 triglycerides (EPA and DHA) and Lecithin in a convenient mini sized capsule. It contains Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are essential fatty acids as they cannot be synthesised in the body and must, therefore, be obtained from dietary sources. Lecithin assists with breakdown of dietary fats and helps maintain healthy liver function.

DIRECTIONS
As an omega-3 supplement:
Adults: Take 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), oras professionally prescribed.

For mild joint inflammation:
Adults: Take up to 4 capsules 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
