Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg 400 Capsules

EPO is a rich source of fatty acids in the form of linolenic acid and gamma linolenic acid (GLA) . As linolenic acid cannot be synthesised by the body it has to be ingested. Healthy Care Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg is cold-pressed with the active ingredient gamma linolenic acid (GLA) present at the rate of 10% and has been specifically formulated to help support healthy female hormonal balance and help relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension (PMT).

Each capsule contains:
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1000mg
equiv. to gamma-linolenic acid 100mg

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
