Healthy Care Flaxseed Oil 1000mg - 200 Capsules

Contains Flaxseed Oil which is a rich, natural source of omega-3, 6 & 9. Flaxseed Oil is one of the richest sources of the essential fatty acid omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is converted to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the body, which are essential fatty acids that help support brain function.

It also helps to maintain:
- Cardiovascular system and heart health
- Healthy blood circulation
- Skin health

Each capsule contains:
Linseed Oil (Flaxseed Oil) 1g (1000mg)
Containing Linolenic acid 500mg

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2 years and above: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily (pierce and squeeze into juice, milk or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
